Holme Hall Manor was a Grade II* listed building that had been ravaged by fire. The property was purchased by our client and we were contracted to renovate the property and create 10 luxurious apartments.
Each residence was designed to complement and use the features of the existing building and offer a high standard of finish throughout.
This development was for 17 new build homes in the heart of Rossendale each complete with allocated parking and gardens. We were involved in this development from the start and treated this development as if it was our own.
The build was phased and the plots sold out as soon as they were released giving the client an extremely quick and profitable return on the development.
Prestfield Court is a large new build development of 33 apartments and a detached four bedroomed house that is just being commenced. Given the vicinity of neighbouring properties and the engineering works we have had to try and meet the needs of our client with the needs of the surrounding community to ensure that the development can be run smoothly.
The designs for this have been created for four different layouts to accommodate a flexibility and choice for the purchaser which was important to the client. The communal areas have also been designed to enhance a community feeling.
As the process is just beginning we have assisted the client with planning and building notices and have also assisted with the Section 106 obligations for affordable housing and recreation contribution.
We always communicate openly and honestly with the client providing a detailed costing and ongoing updates to ensure that all matters are on time and on budget. The showhome is aimed to be open and ready by the beginning of April to allow the developer to market phase 1 of the build.

The client on this matter had previously employed another developer but we were approached as the standard of work were not to the clients high standards and there were major issues with the build itself. We therefore quoted for and won the contract to finalise the build and development as a whole which included the roads and sewers. We were also to ensure that all utility connections, planning and building regulations were signed off and in place.
Again this was done on a tight timescale of two months as per clients requirements and on this job we had weekly site meetings with them to discuss issues that could arise so again client communication was top of our agenda as this is the key to success
