Holme Hall Manor was a Grade II* listed building that had been ravaged by fire. The property was purchased by our client and we were contracted to renovate the property and create 10 luxurious apartments.
Each residence was designed to complement and use the features of the existing building and offer a high standard of finish throughout.
By using a sympathetic mix of the buildings traditional features with high quality, contemporary fixtures and fittings, the luxurious apartments more than succeeded in offering, not only the best of both worlds, but a unique and stylish finish in which to live.
As contractor we dealt with the Council and English Heritage on behalf of the client and organised the build from start to finish. The client was extremely impressed that this renovation was brought in within four months and on budget.
On a project of this magnitude we liaised with the client at every stage to make sure that they were fully aware of progress and took photographs and produced cost, budget and timescale reports to leave no stone unturned in providing effective communication throughout the build.
This project also won an award for construction from Burnley Civic Trust.
